In 2009, Serasa Experian changed the periodicity of its sustainability report for every two years, in order to plan and implement actions for improvement of processes. The next report, to be published in 2010, will include the results of actions performed in 2008 and 2009 and the targets for the years ahead. Our goal is to engage more deeply with our stakeholders so that we can build, year by year, a more sustainable company. Serasa Experian values transparency of processes and believes that this is the best way to address stakeholders demands and ensure the continuous improvement of our management toward sustainability.
