ICAs Communication on progress (COP) is a part of the Groups Annual and Corporate Responsibility Report.
The report, and continuously updated information regarding ICAs corporate responsibility work, is available on ICAs corporate website www.ICA.se > About ICA. Printed copies of the report can also be ordered through a request mechanism.
The report is used as an important part of ICAs continuous stakeholder dialogue and during 2008 a specific stakeholder dialogue regarding ICAs COP/Corporate Responsibility report was performed in order to improve the reporting in accordance with the stakeholders requirements and needs.

- Principle 2 - Make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses
- Principle 3 - Businesses should uphold freedom of association & effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining

- Principle 6 - Eliminate discrimination in respect of employment and occupation
- Principle 7 - Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges
- Principle 8 - Undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility
- Principle 9 - Encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies
- Principle 10 - Businesses should work against all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery
