We use various tools (intranet, internet, AGM, customer contact) with our stakeholders. The CR Performance Report is a web-based report that gives more detailed information on INGs performance in the areas of responsible business, people, community and environment. The report is aimed at analysts in the socially responsible investment community and other CR specialists. Furthermore, we engage our stakeholders in an ongoing dialogue and we report transparently on our performance in our report.
