Ich freue mich bestätigen zu können, dass die Amapharm GmbH die 10 Prinzipien des Global Compact der Vereinten Nationen in den Bereichen Menschenrechten, Arbeitsnormen, Umweltschutz und Korruptionsbekämpfung erneut bekräftigt.
In diesem jährlichen Fortschrittsbericht beschreiben wir unsere Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Integration des Global Compact und seiner Prinzipien in unsere Geschäftsstrategie, Unternehmenskultur und unseren täglichen Betrieb. Wir verpflichten uns ebenfalls dazu, diese Informationen unter Einsatz unserer primären Kommunikationskanäle an unsere Anspruchsgruppen weiterzuleiten.

The Amapharm Company Policy as well as the Code of Conduct are mandatory to be signed both by employees and suppliers. The assessment is performed within the annual CSR rating.

The Amapharm Code of Conduct postulates the Global compact labor principles this is to signed by all suppliers
The Amapharm company policy prohibits child labor and forced labor
Within the Ecovadis audit the adherence the Global Compact Labour principles are checked

All resources are monitored and annual trends are established. An energy monitoring system has been implemented to find room for potential improvement.
It is the goal for 2021 to install a photovoltaic system to reduce the energy consumption.
